1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Fine Jewelry Artificial Intelligence generation and redesign services (hereinafter, "the Platform") provided by Romet Jewelry, the User agrees to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Credits System
Our platform operates on a virtual credits or "tokens" system.
- Each verified new account receives complimentary promotional credits (10 credits by default) to evaluate the technology.
- Generating a new design in 3 perspectives or commanding a "redesign" will cost exactly 1 credit.
- Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable between accounts, and possess no real-world fiat value.
3. Intellectual Property of Designs
Images generated via Romet Jewelry's AI engine are algorithmically created. Romet Jewelry grants the User a non-exclusive license to use preliminary designs strictly to request final manufacturing from Romet Jewelry's artisan workshops or for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Acceptable Use and Abuse
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to manipulate the underlying API to bypass the credits system (now strictly monitored and blocked at the core).
- Associating the Romet Jewelry brand with hate speech or illicit content.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or attack our servers (DDoS, code injections, etc.).

1. Data We Collect
By registering at Romet Jewelry, we securely store the following information necessary to provide the service:
- E-mail, First Name, and Last Name.
- A history of generated designs (including Prompts and requested variables) encrypted and bound to your User ID.
- Reference images you voluntarily upload through the "Upload your sketch" feature to our servers.
2. Use of Information
The collected information will be exclusively used to:
- Identify you within the platform (Login/OAuth integrations).
- Allocate and deduct your credits balance associated with your Cryptographic Identity (JWT).
- Generate commercial manufacturing quotes and notify you via email about the status of your AI designs.
3. Protection and Cybersecurity
Password storage and access management are handled by world-class international providers (Supabase, Google, Microsoft), exempting Romet Jewelry from ever storing plain text passwords. Additionally, since April 2026, all API requests require strict encrypted JWT validation to prevent leaks or unwanted access (Row Level Security enforced).
4. GDPR & Data Rights
Every user possesses the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose their data records. If you wish to permanently purge all your activity and generated images from our cloud Databases and Buckets, please contact us and we will execute a complete data destruction within less than 48 hours.
